Terms of service
Last updated 5 September 2026
ReplyTri ("the service") is operated by Ruposhi Global Limited, a company registered in the United Kingdom ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.
1. The service
ReplyTri provides a shared inbox that connects to mailboxes and messaging channels you control, stores and organises the resulting conversations, and helps you reply — including, where enabled, with automated or AI-assisted replies. Features marked as early access or rolling out may change, be limited, or be withdrawn while in development.
2. Your account and your content
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for the security of your login credentials, and for all activity under your account. You must have the right to connect every mailbox or channel you add. The messages, customer data and knowledge-base content you bring to the service remain yours; you grant us only the licence needed to store, process and display them in order to provide the service to you.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to send spam or unlawful messages, to infringe others' rights, to attempt to access other customers' data, or to probe, disrupt or overload the service. We may suspend accounts that put the platform or other customers at risk.
4. Automated replies
Where you enable automated or AI-assisted replies, you configure and approve how they operate and you remain responsible for messages sent from your connected addresses. If you connect your own AI provider key, your use of that provider is governed by its terms, and its usage charges are billed to you by the provider directly.
5. Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, at the prices shown on our pricing page, via our payment processor. Trials are free and require no payment method. You can cancel at any time; your plan then runs to the end of the period already paid for. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable.
6. Availability and data
We work to keep the service available and your data safe — including encrypted credential storage and daily backups — but the service is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. You can export your data or ask us for a copy while your account is active.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise, our total liability arising from the service in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in that period, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, revenue or data.
8. Ending the agreement
You may close your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend accounts that materially breach these terms. After closure we delete or anonymise your content within a reasonable period, except where we must retain it by law.
9. Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. For material changes we will give notice by email or in the product; continuing to use the service after the notice period means you accept the updated terms.
10. Contact and governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. Questions go to info@replytri.com.
