Everything a support inbox should have done years ago
ReplyTri ships the fundamentals properly — threading, deduplication, your own sending address — then layers the AI on top, in that order.
- Real threading. Replies are matched to the right conversation by mail headers, then by customer — not dumped as new tickets.
- Loop protection. Auto-replies, bounces and your own outgoing mail are recognised and never re-ingested, so two robots can't talk forever.
- Deduplication. The same message fetched twice is stored once.
- Reply as yourself. Outgoing mail is sent through your own mailbox with correct reply headers — customers see your address, and the thread continues in their mail app.
- Automatic sync. Connected mailboxes are checked every five minutes, with a one-click manual sync when you can't wait.
- Open, answered, closed. A closed conversation quietly reopens itself when the customer writes again.
- IMAP & SMTP. Gmail (app password), cPanel hosting or any standard mail server — with a live connection test before the first sync.
- Guided setup. Presets fill in the right hosts, ports and security settings; clear errors tell you exactly what to fix.
- Microsoft 365. Connects through Microsoft's own Graph API.rolling out
- Amazon buyer messages. Ingested via Amazon's message relay, answered through the official Selling Partner API.rolling out
- eBay messages. Read and reply through eBay's messaging APIs.rolling out
- Unlimited seats. Invite the whole team; we never charge per agent.
- Multiple companies. Run several brands or storefronts side by side and switch between them in one click, each with its own mailboxes and inbox.
- Strict separation. Companies and accounts are isolated at the database layer, so one brand can never see another's customers.
- Brain-first pipeline. Rules, safety flags and a semantic answer cache resolve the routine majority instantly; only genuinely new questions reach an AI model.early access
- Your knowledge base. Feed it your site, files or written answers, and choose which channels each collection serves.early access
- Bring your own key. Connect your Anthropic, OpenAI or Gemini key and pay the provider's raw price — we add no markup and no per-resolution fee.early access
- Human in the loop. Drafts you approve, an always-on review queue, and hard guardrails on what may be sent automatically.early access
- Row-level security. Tenant isolation is enforced by PostgreSQL itself — a query without your tenant context returns nothing at all.
- Encrypted credentials. Mailbox passwords are encrypted at rest and never leave the server or appear in the interface.
- Append-only audit. Sensitive actions are logged to a trail that the database itself refuses to edit or delete.
- Daily backups. Automatic nightly backups, with TLS and HSTS on every host.
See it with your own mail
Connect a mailbox and send yourself a test message — you'll watch it thread, and reply from the very address the customer wrote to.
