Privacy policy

ReplyTri is operated by Ruposhi Global Limited, a company registered in the United Kingdom. This policy explains what we collect, why, where it lives, and the choices you have. For anything it doesn't answer, write to info@replytri.com.
What we collect
Account data: your name, email address and password (stored only as a secure hash). Workspace data: the companies you create, the mailboxes and channels you connect, and the conversations and messages the service fetches from them so it can show and answer them. Connection credentials for your mailboxes are encrypted at rest and are never displayed back in the interface or sent to your browser. Billing is handled by our payment processor (Stripe); we never see or store full card numbers. We also keep an append-only audit log of sensitive actions (who did what, when, from which address) and standard server logs for security.
Why we process it
To provide the service you signed up for (contract): syncing your channels, organising conversations, sending your replies. To keep the platform secure and billed correctly (legitimate interest and legal obligation). To email you about your account and important service changes. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use the content of your customers' messages to advertise to anyone.
Where it lives
The service runs on Amazon Web Services in London (eu-west-2), with automatic daily backups held in the same region. Supporting providers include Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (DNS), and Microsoft 365 (our own company mailbox). If you connect an AI provider key, message content needed to draft a reply is sent to that provider under your agreement with them.
How long we keep it
Workspace content stays for as long as your account is active. When an account is closed, we delete or anonymise its content within a reasonable period, except records we must keep by law (for example, billing records) and short-lived backups that expire on their normal schedule.
Your rights
If you are in the UK or EU, you can ask for access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can object to or restrict certain processing. Email info@replytri.com and we will respond within the statutory time. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
A note on your customers
For the messages your customers send to your connected channels, you are the data controller and ReplyTri processes that content on your instructions to provide the service. Keep your own privacy notice up to date to reflect the tools you use.
Cookies
The marketing site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. The application uses strictly necessary cookies only: your session and a security (CSRF) token.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will note the new date here and tell you by email or in the product.
